DakiyAi is a studio co-founded by Othman Kaddach (founder of the Nesty real estate agency) and Ayman Naaimi (AI engineer). Our mission: turn the repetitive work in service businesses into automated systems that actually run in production. We're in real estate today, across Morocco and France.
Where we started
What we saw.
Service businesses — real estate agencies, law firms, professionals of every stripe — lose a huge chunk of their time to repetitive work. Data entry, drafting contracts, processing photos, admin checks. Low-value work that eats up evenings and keeps the business from growing.
AI can handle this stuff in seconds. But between a marketing promise and a tool that actually runs in production at a client site, there's a technical gap that very few firms cross. That's the gap we close.
We're not generic consultants. We go one business vertical at a time. We learn it inside out, we build the automations that fit, we ship them to production. Today, real estate — in Morocco and France, where several agencies are already running our workflows every day. After that: more verticals, and a move into the US market.

Othman Kaddach
Co-founder · Founder of the Nesty real estate agency
Runs Nesty, a working real estate agency. Brings the inside knowledge to DakiyAi — workflows, legal constraints, real field needs — and runs the sales and scaling side. Every automation gets tested at Nesty before being sold elsewhere.
Ayman Naaimi
Co-founder · Data scientist
I design, build, and deploy every DakiyAi automation, from first prototype through post-deployment support. Specialized in AI workflows that hold up in production, not just in demos. Responsible for the technical quality of every delivery.
Aymane Laamimi
DevOps engineer
Keeps the infrastructure powering DakiyAi automations in production: monitoring, deployments, high availability, workload scaling. Also contributes to building the workflows themselves alongside Ayman.
