What about Law 67-12?+

Built right in. Deposit is automatically capped at 2 months, tacit renewal is included by default, and furnished/unfurnished clauses follow the law. No legal review needed for a standard case.

How many tenants?+

Up to 5 — each with their own ID (ID card / passport / residency card read by OCR), profession, nationality, and signature line. Ideal for shared housing.

What if the landlord is a company?+

Built right in. Company name, legal form, corporate ID, registration, registered address, legal representative — all dropped into the landlord clause. The OCR also reads the representative's ID card.

What if I sign for the owner?+

Proxy is handled. Add the representative's ID and the proxy's certification date — the representation clause gets inserted into the lease automatically.
